Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Coffee Trojans (Douglas, GA) and the visiting Colquitt County Packers (Norman Park, GA), saw Coffee's basketball squad overcome Colquitt County by a tally of 62-42.

With the victory, Coffee improves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Jenkins (Savannah, GA) to play the Warriors in a AAAAA Region 1 challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-11. Jenkins won 52-43 in their recent league challenge against Ware County (Waycross, GA)

Next up, the Packers play the Westover Patriots (Albany, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Colquitt County will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 64-60 league win over Shaw (Columbus, GA).
