The Souderton Indians (Souderton, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Council Rock South Golden Hawks (Holland, PA), 59-57 in Friday's league test.

The Indians (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Perkiomen Valley got by Pottstown (Pottstown, PA), 73-69, in a non-league test.

The Golden Hawks now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Bensalem for a Suburban One - Patriot test on Tuesday, January 24.
