The Danbury Hatters basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting McMahon Senators to 45 in the Hatters league triumph on Friday.

The Hatters now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Fairfield County contest on Tuesday, January 24. Danbury will battle a Cadets team coming off a 56-52 league win over Darien (Darien, CT). The Cadets record now stands at 6-3.

The Senators (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Darien (Darien, CT). The Blue Wave enter the Fairfield County contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Darien was routed by St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT), 56-52, in a league contest.
