Federal Way Eagles (Federal Way, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA), 98-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Federal Way upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Eagles host Kentridge (Kent, WA) to play the Chargers in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 14-3. Kentridge won 67-39 in their recent league bout against Mt. Rainier (Des Moines, WA)

Next up, the Golden Gators play the Kennedy Catholic Lancers (Burien, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Decatur will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 64-57 league loss to Kentwood (Covington, WA).
