Iowa High School Basketball - Denison-Schleswig trounces St. Albert

The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) basketball crushed the host St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA), 81-49 in Friday's league test.
The Monarchs (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Harlan (Harlan, IA). The Cyclones go into the Hawkeye Ten test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Harlan walloped North Bend Central (North Bend, NE), 70-47, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league match on Monday, January 23. St. Albert will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 93-37 league loss to Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-13.
