The Fresno Christian Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Minarets Mustangs to 60 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edison for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Fresno Christian will battle a Tigers team coming off a 76-63 league loss to Bullard (Fresno, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-9.

The Mustangs (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Caruthers (Caruthers, CA). The Blue Raiders enter the Northwest Sequoia contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Caruthers was defeated by Sierra (Tollhouse, CA), 63-40, in a league contest.
