Maine High School Basketball - Lake Region nips Greely

Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME), 62-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Region upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Lakers host Wells (Wells, ME) to play the Warriors in a B South bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 4-8.
Next up, the Rangers play the Poland Knights (Poland, ME) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Greely will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 67-46 non-league loss to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME).
