Florida High School Basketball - Mourning overwhelmed by Hialeah

The Hialeah Thoroughbreds basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the visiting Mourning Sharks to 31 in the Thoroughbreds non-league victory on Friday.

The Thoroughbreds now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westland Hialeah for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. Hialeah will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 57-55 non-league loss to Hialeah (Hialeah, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-8.

The Sharks (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Goleman (Miami, FL). The Gators come into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Goleman triumphed over Horeb Christian (Hialeah, FL), 92-36, in a non-league contest.
