Illinois High School Basketball - Islamic Foundation ripped by Rauner

The Rauner Wildcats basketball team scored 83 points and held the host Islamic Foundation Chargers to 41 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansueto for a Noble contest on Monday, January 23. Rauner will meet a Leopards team coming off a 70-22 non-league loss to South Shore International (Chicago, IL). The Leopards record now stands at 3-9.

The Chargers (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against College Prep of America (Lombard, IL). The Thunder enter the Metro Prep contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, College Prep of America was routed by Unity Christian Academy (South Holland, IL), 44-28, in a non-league contest.
