South Carolina High School Basketball - Mountain View Christian Academy tops Liberty Preparatory Christian

Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs (Cowpens, SC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Liberty Preparatory Christian Patriots (Mooresville, NC), 65-49 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mountain View Christian Academy upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Upstate HomeSchool (Spartanburg, SC) to play the Bearcats in a South Carolina Christian A - Region 1 bout on Monday, January 23. The Bearcats come into the bout with a record of 9-2. Upstate HomeSchool won 55-45 in their recent league bout against Lighthouse Christian Academy (Enoree, SC)

Next up, the Patriots play the NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks (Waxhaw, NC) in a Metro Area bout, on Monday, January 23. Liberty Preparatory Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The NightHawks come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 42-39 league win over St. Anne Catholic (Rock Hill, SC).
