Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Manley Wildcats (Chicago, IL) and the host Little Village Phoenix (Chicago, IL), saw Manley's basketball squad knock off Little Village by a tally of 66-47.

With the victory, Manley improves its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Thornton (Harvey, IL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Sunday, January 22. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-8. Thornton won 53-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL)

Next up, the Phoenix play the Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 8. Little Village will attempt to improve on its 18-4 season record.
