The Mount Sinai Mustangs routed the visiting Sayville Golden Flashes basketball team by a final score of 72-46 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Rocky Point Eagles (Rocky Point, NY) in a Section 11 A-4 game, on Tuesday, January 24. Mount Sinai will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 81-63 league loss to Hampton Bays (Hampton Bays, NY).
With the defeat, Sayville moves to 0-3 on the year.
