Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Neumann Regional Academy thwarts Sullivan County

January 20, 2023: Laporte, PA 18626

The Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights (Williamsport, PA) basketball knocked off the host Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA), 78-65 in Friday's league test.

The Golden Knights (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA). The Rams go into the Midd-Penn test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Columbia Montour Vo-Tech went down by Bucktail (Farwell, PA), 67-60, in a league test.

The Griffins now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Montgomery for a Midd-Penn test on Tuesday, January 24. Sullivan County will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 40-27 league win over Millville (Millville, PA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 7-7.
