The Silver Creek Dragons (Sellersburg, IN) basketball knocked off the host New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, IN), 65-57 in Friday's non-league test.
The Dragons (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Austin (Austin, IN). The Eagles go into the Mid-Southern test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Austin went down by New Washington (New Washington, IN), 59-56, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Evansville Reitz for a non-league test on Saturday, January 21. New Albany will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 61-37 non-league win over Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 8-3.
