Fans at Friday's league challenge between the New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets (New Rockford, ND) and the visiting St. John Woodchucks (St. John, ND), saw New Rockford-Sheyenne's basketball squad hold off St. John by a tally of 57-52.
With the victory, New Rockford-Sheyenne improves its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Langdon (Langdon, ND) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
