Illinois High School Basketball - Urbana ripped by Richwoods

The Richwoods Knights basketball team scored 80 points and held the host Urbana Tigers to 56 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peoria for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Richwoods will meet a Lions team coming off a 60-58 league loss to Normal West (Normal, IL). The Lions record now stands at 11-8.
The Tigers (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Nicolet (Glendale, WI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Nicolet triumphed over Slinger (Slinger, WI), 67-34, in a league contest.
