The Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD) basketball felled the host Sisseton Redmen (Sisseton, SD), 56-42 in Friday's league test.

The Bearcats (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD). The Coyotes go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Waverly/South Shore thwarted Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD), 57-47, in a league test.

The Redmen now own a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Richland for a non-league test on Monday, January 23. Sisseton will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 67-45 league loss to Sargent County (Milnor, ND). The Colts record now stands at 6-6.
