The Douglas County Huskies basketball team (Castle Rock, CO), was overwhelmed 69-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO)
The Grizzlies now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 25. ThunderRidge will confront a Eagles team coming off a 53-47 non-league win over Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
The Huskies (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Wolverines come into the battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Chaparral trounced Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO), 59-56, in a league battle.
