The Stroudsburg Mountaineers basketball team (Stroudsburg, PA), dropped 56-37 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA)
The Hawks now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lansdale Catholic for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Bethlehem Catholic will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 75-29 league win over Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-1.
The Mountaineers (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pocono Mountain West (Pocono Summit, PA). The Panthers come into the Eastern Pennsylvania - Mountain battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Pocono Mountain West prevailed over Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA), 63-28, in a non-league battle.
