Florida High School Basketball - Bronson ripped by Newberry

The Newberry Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Bronson Eagles to 22 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williston for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Newberry will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 44-29 league win over Chiefland (Chiefland, FL). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-8.

The Eagles (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Trenton (Trenton, FL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record.
