Florida High School Basketball - DeLand ripped by Father Lopez

The Father Lopez Green Wave basketball team scored 56 points and held the host DeLand Bulldogs to 27 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Friday.
The Green Wave now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine Ridge for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Father Lopez will battle a Panthers team coming off a 46-41 non-league loss to Trinity Christian Academy (Deltona, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-16.
The Bulldogs (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Winter Springs (Winter Springs, FL). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Winter Springs triumphed over Wekiva (Apopka, FL), 66-35, in a non-league contest.
