Easton Area Rovers (Easton, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA), 79-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Easton Area upgrades its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Rovers travel to Parkland (Allentown, PA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Parkland won 60-31 in their recent league bout against Whitehall (Whitehall, PA)

Next up, the Bears confront the Liberty Hurricanes (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 21. Pleasant Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Hurricanes come into the battle with a 10-6 record after their 70-16 league win over East Stroudsburg North (Dingmans Ferry, PA).
