Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Elkton overwhelmed by Oxford

The Oxford Hornets basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Elkton Golden Elks to 22 in the Hornets non-league victory on Friday.

The Hornets now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sun Valley for a Ches-Mont - American contest on Tuesday, January 24.

The Golden Elks (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Joppatowne (Joppa, MD). The Mariners come into the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Joppatowne was routed by Bel Air (Bel Air, MD), 49-30, in a non-league contest.
