Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fargo South Bruins (Fargo, ND), 81-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Red River upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Roughriders host Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND) to play the Eagles in a A East bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Fargo Davies won 62-52 in their recent league bout against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND)

Next up, the Bruins play the Valley City Hi-Liners (Valley City, ND) in a A East bout, on Friday, February 10. Fargo South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
