In Friday's league outing, the Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT), by a margin of 75-28.
The Cougars (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT). The Blue Devils go into the Shoreline outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, Coginchaug Regional smashed North Branford (North Branford, CT), 52-39, in a league outing.
The Rams now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cromwell for a Shoreline outing on Tuesday, January 24. Old Saybrook will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 52-9 league win over Hale Ray (Moodus, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 10-3.
