Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lenape Valley Patriots (Stanhope, NJ), 47-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Hanover Park upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Hornets host Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Parsippany Hills lost 42-27 in their recent non-league bout against Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ)

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Hopatcong Chiefs (Hopatcong, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Lenape Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record.
