Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kearny Kardinals (Kearny, NJ) and the visiting Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ), saw Kearny's basketball squad knock off Passaic County Tech by a count of 48-33.

With the victory, Kearny upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Kardinals travel to Snyder (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Tigers in a Hudson County - American challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-10. Snyder lost 60-24 in their recent league challenge against Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ) in a Big North - Liberty challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Passaic County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Ghosts come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 53-20 non-league win over Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ).
