The Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Louis E. Dieruff Huskies (Allentown, PA), 63-28 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA). The Mountaineers go into the Eastern Pennsylvania - Mountain test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Stroudsburg was trounced by Bethlehem Catholic (Bethlehem, PA), 56-37, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Easton Area for a Eastern Pennsylvania - Steel test on Tuesday, January 24. Louis E. Dieruff will encounter a Rovers squad coming off a 44-33 non-league win over Parkland (Allentown, PA). The Rovers record now stands at 16-0.
