    • Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Moravian Academy overwhelmed by Northwestern Lehigh

    The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Moravian Academy Lions to 26 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

    The Tigers now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame-Green Pond for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Northwestern Lehigh will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 36-25 non-league loss to Palmerton (Palmerton, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-2.

    The Lions (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Slaters come into the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Bangor triumphed over Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA), 49-37, in a non-league contest.
