North Carolina High School Basketball - Piedmont Classical tops Wake Christian Academy

Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Wake Christian Academy Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC), 45-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Piedmont Classical upgrades its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Fighting Pharaohs in a CAASC Greater Piedmont bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Fighting Pharaohs come into the bout with a record of 10-8. Quality Education Academy won 52-50 in their recent non-league bout against Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Capital City bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Wake Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 19-18 league loss to Cary Christian (Cary, NC).
