The Somerville Pioneers basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Princeton Day Panthers to 27 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneers now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren Hills Regional for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Somerville will meet a Blue Streaks team coming off a 63-49 non-league win over Immaculata (Somerville, NJ). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 8-6.
The Panthers (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (Delran, NJ). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record.
