With the win, Varsity Opponent upgrades its record to 104-320 on the season. The travel to Trinity Christian (San Antonio, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Trinity Christian lost 39-33 in their recent league bout against Annapolis Christian Academy (Corpus Christi, TX)

Next up, the Knights play the Hayworth Christian Knights (High Point, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Shining Light Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
