Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears face the Azle Hornets (Azle, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Montgomery will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Bowie (Arlington, TX).
The Parrots now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chisholm Trail for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. Polytechnic will face a Rangers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 3-4.
