The Kenai Central Kardinals the host Service Cougars ice hockey squad by a count of 4-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Kenai Central moves its record to 7-13 on the campaign. The Kardinals travel to Palmer (Palmer, AK) to confront the Moose in a Railbelt bout on Saturday, January 21. The Moose go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Palmer won 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle River (Eagle River, AK)
The Cougars now sport a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chugiak for a Cook Inlet bout on Saturday, January 21. Service will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-0.
