McKinley Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Central Wildcats (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers face the Liberty Magnet Patriots (Baton Rouge, LA) in a Division II District 4 challenge, on Monday, January 23. McKinley will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record.
The Wildcats now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Zachary for a Division I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. Central will face a Broncos team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 9-6.
