The Centennial Huskies basketball team (Corona, CA), dropped 69-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA)
The Crusaders now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory for a West Catholic battle on Tuesday, January 23. Archbishop Riordan will battle a Fightin' Irish team coming off a 58-52 league win over Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 9-7.
The Huskies (17-9) will now prepare for their battle against Corona (Corona, CA). The Panthers come into the Big VIII battle with a 19-8 record. In their last battle, Corona dropped by Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA), 93-42, in a league battle.
