The Austin College and Career Academy Tigers (Chicago, IL) basketball felled the visiting Collins Warriors (Chicago, IL), 48-38 in Saturday's league test.

The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Tinley Park was beaten by Richards (Oak Lawn, IL), 71-63, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Chicago Marshall for a Chicago Public - White West test on Wednesday, January 24. Collins will encounter a Commandos squad coming off a 71-42 non-league win over Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL). The Commandos record now stands at 9-8.
