Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Wesley Christian Circuit Riders (Allen, KY), 64-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Barons travel to NC GBB Academy National (Durham, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-5. NC GBB Academy National won 71-60 in their recent non-league bout against Wesley Christian (Allen, KY)
Next up, the Circuit Riders clash with the Tri-Cities Christian Eagles (Blountville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Wesley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 20-7 record after their 70-52 non-league win over Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA).
