The St. Augustine Purple Knights routed the host Bossier Bearkats basketball team by a final score of 59-34 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Purple Knights face the Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA) in a 5A District 9 game, on Tuesday, January 23. St. Augustine will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 17-7 record after their 58-49 league win over Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA).
