In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Capital Jaguars basketball team scored a good 66-48 triumph over the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes.
In their next game, the Jaguars meet the Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 5 match, on Tuesday, January 23. Capital will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Ravens enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 91-55 non-league loss to Sandia (Albuquerque, NM).
