The Central Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Gore Pirates to 45 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vian for a Big Eight contest on Tuesday, January 23. Central will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 62-44 league loss to Westville (Westville, OK). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-7.

The Pirates (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Gans (Gans, OK). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record.
