Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mustang Broncos (Mustang, OK) and the host Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK), saw Mustang's basketball squad overcome Choctaw by a tally of 56-48.

With the victory, Mustang improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK) to confront the Panthers in a 6A District 1 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 9-9.

Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK) in a 6A District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Choctaw will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record.
