The St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans basketball team (Austin, TX), dropped 62-45 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Cooper Dragons (The Woodlands, TX)
The Dragons now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John's for a Southwest Prep - South battle on Tuesday, January 23. Cooper will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 71-58 league win over Episcopal (Bellaire, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 20-6.
The Spartans (17-11) will now prepare for their battle against South Austin Warriors (Austin, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, South Austin Warriors dropped by Hyde Park (Austin, TX), 58-46, in a non-league battle.
