Jefferson Orange Wave (Brooklyn, NY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Curtis Warriors (Staten Island, NY), 103-65 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Orange Wave travel to South Shore (Brooklyn, NY) to clash with the Vikings in a PSAL AAAA Brooklyn/Staten Island II bout on Monday, January 22. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-6. South Shore won 62-52 in their recent league bout against Curtis (Staten Island, NY)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Lincoln Railsplitters (Brooklyn, NY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Curtis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-19 season record.
