In Saturday's non-league outing, the Thunder Mountain Falcons (Juneau, AK) basketball squad edged the host Eagle River Wolves (Eagle River, AK), by a margin of 61-57.
The Falcons (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, AK). The Crimson Bears go into the 4A Southeast outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Juneau-Douglas held off Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK), 40-33, in a non-league outing.
The Wolves now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Dimond for a 4A Cook Inlet outing on Tuesday, January 23. Eagle River will clash with a Lynx squad coming off a 67-40 non-league loss to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK). The Lynx record now stands at 6-4.
