The Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Sterling Silver Knights (Somerdale, NJ), 87-70 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Vikings (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Lenape (Medford, NJ). The Indians go into the Freelance test with a 10-4 record.
The Silver Knights now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Cross for a non-league test on Sunday, January 21. Sterling will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 66-55 league loss to Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 4-9.
