North County Christian (Ferguson, MO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting First Baptist Academy (O'Fallon, IL), 59-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North County Christian upgrades its record to 8-11 on the season. The travel to Heartland Christian Academy (Bethel, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Heartland Christian Academy lost 49-37 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage Classical Christian Academy (Fenton, MO)

Next up, the clash with the Westfair Christian (Jacksonville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. First Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
