In Saturday's non-league outing, the Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lake Ridge Academy Royals (North Ridgeville, OH), by a margin of 78-31.

The Indians (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Dalton (Dalton, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Wayne County outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Dalton was trounced by Toledo Christian (Toledo, OH), 70-39, in a non-league outing.

The Royals now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Medina Christian Academy for a Lake Effect outing on Monday, January 22. Lake Ridge Academy will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 71-37 non-league win over St. Peter's (Mansfield, OH). The Knights record now stands at 4-7.
