Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH), 51-49 in a league bout.
With the win, Peebles upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Indians host Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH) to play the Mustangs in a Southern Hills bout on Friday, January 26. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-9.
Next up, the Greyhounds play the Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays (Ripley, OH) in a Southern Hills bout, on Friday, January 26. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record.
