The Mountain Lakes Lakers (Mountain Lakes, NJ) basketball knocked off the host Wallkill Valley Rangers (Hamburg, NJ), 60-42 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lakers (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Dover (Dover, NJ). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Dover went down by Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ), 59-55, in a league test.

The Rangers now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hackettstown for a Northwest Jersey - Freedom test on Monday, January 22. Wallkill Valley will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 56-27 non-league win over Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-3.
